Program Structure: This 6 week program with weekly 60 minute individual or group coaching sessions, supplemented by reflection exercises and potential "field assignments."

Target Audience: Emerging and Reluctant leaders, impactful change-makers, individuals moving into new leadership roles within more "domesticated" environments, those who value authenticity and action over traditional corporate maneuvering. 

Overall Program Goal: To empower "wild" leaders to navigate and influence "domesticated" environments without sacrificing their core values, instincts, and drive for meaningful change. To help them refine their "wildness" into effective and impactful leadership.
